About Us

The South Metropolitan Public Health Unit aims to provide flexible and responsive services which meet the changing needs of communities and are based on population trends and emerging scientific evidence. The Unit has a decentralised structure with staff located at five sites within the communities they serve.

The Public Health Unit's services are centered around:
